What makes you most happy at work?

When all the tasks are done by the end of a typical work day, people come in and do their part.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

The work pace has always been fast with tasks being timed and assessed for accuracy. However, often these expectations are more than fair and don't make work oppressive.

What is the best part about your compensation package?

The network is pretty good and coverage even at the cheapest is good. Dental and vision are practically a steal and 401(k) is matched up to 6%. The Associates discount is pretty good too: 10% of some food and most non-food items.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

My store's leadership makes sure every associate knows what is expected of them every day at work, acknowledges and rewards strong performers and overall provides a pleasant work environment. Some days though, they can get strict with rules: usually when Rational or Market is visiting.

What did you like most about the interview process?

Being a starting job for many, the interviews aren't much more than a meet-and-greet situation unless you're looking tk be management in which case it's mostly, "Why do you want this job? What can you bring? And why is *job specific term* important to you?". It was a relaxing and easy interview.
