Going up the ladder is pretty difficult especially when most of the assistant store managers are of some race, they would prefer to get a department manager from their race which is so unfair then also getting a raise is a tug of war, in my opinion, walmart is good when its someone's maybe first job

They tend to sometimes not to prioritize what's important, they rather have you to work so hard and they not to recognize you hardwork
What are some of the best things about your team?
They really work so hard even though their hardwork isnt recognized by management, and also even if they are paid peanuts with very little wage increament
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Management shld recognize the hardwork of their employees instead of thinking about their bonuses, also the management shldnt hire from one ethnicity, its better to diversify
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I do believe working in some departments is way harder than in others, say like a diary/Frozen associate or a Cap 3 associate shld make the same amount as a cashier or a cx associate
