Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel some of the benefits are hidden by the managers so the associates dont know all that is of benefit to them. Also, its fought with hard opposition when an associate attenpts to use their full benefits from managers like; PPTO, PTO, types of LOA, whats allowed legally and by the company
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Learning to care for the associate. Working at a DC the managers believe that its their show and they are the reaon for ang success. There is little thought put into the fact that rhe actual labor is being done by the associates. The toll on the bodies of associates is difficult at times w/o recogn
