Overall not a great experience, i carry the workload of most of my coworkers while they get paid the same as me.
What makes you most happy at work?
Being able to work with decent people.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Keeping some of the workers around you keeps you motivated but theres more lazy and miserable coworkers than there is positive ones.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I have some coworkers that are really fun to be around wich is the only thing that makes working there remotely worthwhile.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Try not to belittle my experience so they can just toss me in whatever department they felt comfortable tossing me into with no training whatsoever.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Getting paid for how much workload i can handle sounds fair to me, but instead i do all of my coworkers jobs while they take extra 15 minutes breaks and sometimes extra lunches.
