I watch walmart give section 8 people higher raises and bonuses than people who work for every cent because they are scared of the people who know the system well. They goof off sleep around and its okay.

Needed employment and it was available there.

Work with them not by dictating and belittling people.

Seeing the real workers with knowledge instead of picking favorites with no ambition

When things ( evaluations, promotions and raises ) are not by favoritism but by real merit
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Most positive seems to be favoritism, as long as you take the tests ( you are given the answers ) kneel down to managers ( they have the power ) and think very little of yourself you can go far.
