I don't understand how managers that sit in the office get bonuses and hard working associates get none now and with leads they are just waiting there money it's another person to tell you what you already know what to do

I absolutely love our team threw out all the go here go there do this do that everyone for the most part works as a team
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I wish our mother team would only listen to its associates they went and changed our shift did not ask us just did it and it doesn't work
What are some of the best things about your team?
In our meetings we are always told at the end any concerns or issues Noone speaks cause when they do it is negative and won't be tolerated so no one says anything at all
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
90 percent of our leadership team are only on the floor when Company is coming to our store and they only care about doing the correct job meaning not half asking it when inventory is near I prefer to do my job as if every day is the day before inventory
