The people managing the associates hire for their areas.

Offer great benefits if you are able to habe the time to actually ise any of them

When i am able to be proud of what i have done to help an associate or customer
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Dont push to look good on paper. Follow process and make items available for customers to be satisfied
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
To have the desire to know how to effectively and efficiently run the store. As a manager you should never answer an employee's question woth "I dont know"
What are some of the best things about your team?
They respect me and know if i dont know the answe to a question i will work with them to find out. I am willing to teach all and if they show interest help them excel. Unfortunately the work ethic is not always the same as mine
