Better pay. Training and staying busy without group coversations. Always help your team. Never nothing to do. always help your team .

Hard workers stay positive and keep the beat for the younger ones that we can't always depend on best we can do is stay positive through customs

Get the promise Pay I was not to lose any of my wages because I will continue to use everything I learned when I was hired also I don't get Recognized for my being dependable and hard-working with a raise every year and now they take my share bonus away.
