Management us not trained and thteatens new employees with our job if we complian to higher management.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Mamagement make rules apply to all employees. Better manager training cause they wont stand up to a few long walmart lifers. But threaten to fire new employees for watching others break the rules as we report the violations to management. Even HR knows and does nothing to stop the discrimination.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Following through with making rules apply to all employees and not just some. Hoodies are against the policy. After 3 weeks of reporting the discrimination 'cause we cant wear them in the cooler of produce' people are still wearing them as i and a coworker are threaten to be fired for it, produce.
