Walmart has provided nothing but drama, and managers who could care less about your needs, or at least the last one I worked at.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I shouldn't have to train the people coming above me and not be paid for it.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Make sure after a meeting giving people new info on how to do certain things actually is being followed through.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Making sure their team leads are trained all the way by someone higher and not have the people below them do it. I trained my team leads even though I was under them and didn't get compensated for it
