they work their assosiates to the ground and get upset if you call in, even for a justifiable reason
What makes you most happy at work?
my co-workers, and my job itself isnt bad. im a stocker, but managment expects you to carry the workload of three people. its stressful and overwheming
What are some of the best things about your team?
ive met some of my closest friends here, and we have the same work ethic and have a desire to make a difference. however theres few of many who are willing to do so, so i guess i became lucky with my co workers
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
At first you get praised and treated like youre the best associate there is, but thats just to make you feel as if youre something more than just a number. if they were to give constant praise and thank to the workers that do work, i feel it would be much more positive
