just need to help customers more and some customers are really rude
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Have more team leads in our department who help us out and don't demand us around and isn't a smart butt and thinks he is better than us.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Have them try different things see where their strengths lie and their weaknesses and get more people in the backroom for us. We need three people in the back at all times. On the weekends, three to four people in the backroom.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Give us better trash bags for the trash, redo the tape on the floor to place the carts at. Make room for the light blue and navy blue totes and skateboards in the backroom. Sweep type brooms that wipe away water and dirty water down the drains in the pick-up area.
