I have barely been at Walmart for less then thirty days and Management talks BS about the other Management, has a good laugh at the new recruit's, causes at employees, falsely accuses employees of theft, and does not behave as management should talking behind closed doors instead of to all the store
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Get more people that are creative open-minded want to dance look into the future.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Be more concerned about doing the job and not chitter-chatting like school girls and not doing your job.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The person that did the interview is very nice kind and considerate. However I've come to know that they were a wolf in sheep clothing.
What makes you most happy at work?
Opera hearing my customers say that they appreciate my help or having my customers defend me to my bosses or having my customer just thank me for being there and serving them.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They need to learn to be managers not just on a computer!! Managers do not yell at their employees in front of customers or other employees. Management does not make false accusations before they back it up. Management does not go around like little school girls and tell everybody everything.
