Awful, overworked, underpaid, mistreated, and the customers can be worse than management (although it doesn't seem possible). If you want to be threatened freely, verbally abused, worked until sore, and unrewarded then this is the job for you.

Treatment of workers, allowance of raises, hiring competent workers, and actually training associates.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
No raises, low pay, no holiday pay, very little time off, and atrocious benefits.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Hire competent workers and begin drug testing (most workers are high while at work but the company won't test to avoid paying workers compensation when someone is injured)
