People that has been loyal and has worked longer should be paid more for their years of experience.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Understanding there unrealistic tasks for us. They add more work with less help. They need to work whole weeks at a time in each store to see how it is. They need to listen more.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Co workers are the best and half the customers are great. But there are the customers that treat you like absolute dirt no matter how hard you try to help them and there isn't anything you can do about it.
