It depends on your store. At my store, I enjoy my coworkers and management. I enjoy my job. However, the company itself is sad. Pay is low and benefits are decent. It's better than nothing, but with the profits Wal-Mart has, they could afford to treat their workers better.

My interview process was quick and I met my immediate supervisor immediately.

My management is cool and understanding. They aren't cruel and demand respect because they're above you. They actually work by my side.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Management is understanding and hires who will fit into the crew. The crew gets along and looks forward to working with each other.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team gets along and has fun. Managers try to hire who will fit in with us to make us all excited to get the job done with our coworkers. Honestly, I love them. If it wasn't for my amazing crew, I would not work for this company.
