I like working for walmart in general. My team are hard working women. Most of the time the tediouse locked jewelery cases are not easy to open and leave my hands aching for two days. Our fitting rooms are closed because we cant get our keyes replaced which were ordered months sgo. Lack of equipment

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Mentoring their assoiates, training their associates on protocols. Providing working equipment and stop berating your associates, hire more associates, scheduling
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Being a part-time associate, if i work less than 32 hours a week i lose my benefits. This is not okay!
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Lazziness and not being able to see things on the floor or out of place items. Cleaning and zoning as one works. Teamwork
What did you like most about the interview process?
I had ny interview outside, with three very pleasant ladies. I frlt wanted, they were approachable, confident and professional. Unfortunately they left to another store. Now the hiring process is rushed and unprofessional
