Been there akmost 16 years and dont make 15 an hour and management barely cares about anyone. Oeople have more than five points and are suppose to be fired but still keep job. Favortism is huge but yet nothing is done about it. Would not recommend my dog to work here.

Better vetting of applicants and let someone other than management do the interviewing.

Better management abd better pay for being there so long. People coming in make more than the long term associates and are treated so much better
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Stop the favortism. Make them followcompany guidelines and pretty much make them puck up the pace snd wtite rhem up for productivity if they spend more than two hours in an area that has less than or at two hours
