What are some of the best things about your team?

They are friendly and a select few are wonderful at their job

What do you like best about the leadership team?

I like that I feel recognized, and I love that they work with my schedule.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

The customers feel ignored as the employees are overworked and don't have time to properly straighten the store and assist them.

What did you like most about the interview process?

If you use logic you can easily pass the assessments, however this leads to a lot of people getting hired who don't work like they say they do

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

The concept of "do what I say or you won't have a job" is dead. A traditional job is no longer necessary. Walmart has been running on this concept for many years, and will end up failing if they don't recognize the need for change.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I am trying to be promoted to a team lead but there are no openings on my shift. However I am doing the job and enjoying it. Not managements fault, but another overnight team lead is desperately needed. I would like to see the company recognize that stores know their own needs.
