
It is not the I am undervalued it is that my fellow associates are being undervalued and that simply just does not align with what the company preaches so much as being their core values. Walmart can do more.
Since many of the associates are overworked they do not have the time to take care of customers so many times I have to make up for the experience and I don't blame the associate as they are not at fault. its bigger than that.
When you see your team and you know you can trust them and that they can trust you. That and the respects the thing I want to change is to close the gap between management and the associates as some associates are scared of management and that simply should not be the case.
The bond that you build with your department and the just how we work well together and we do not take short cuts although the manager may want that as alll they do is look at numbers and not the difference we make in customers lives. If you push to mush the person will fall and they won't get up.
