The job I was assigned to. Given an overload of tasks takes away from what you enjoy doing.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Team leads are not educated in regards to Leadership, Ethics and Code of Conduct. All management lacks professionalism. Employees are not held responsible for violations/poor conduct.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Morale!!! Bad attitudes start at the top and flow down the chain. Educate management how to improve morale and bring a positive work environment. Corporate needs to focus on employee enrichment.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
All employees are treated the same. Over achievers are not recognized.Too many employees are left unsupervised and have no work ethic. Employees who complete their task vs employees that do not. If you want to go to work and do absolutely nothing, Walmart is the place for you.
