worst job ever, they expect you to do 10 deptartments, deal with customers and zone your department while also wasting 3 hours zoning another department, falsely accuse you so you get written up, favoritism, no options to move departments/transfer.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Be more understanding towards each other we are all trying our best and we know how overworked we are so there is no reason to go against each other. Communicating with each other will solve more problems than complaining to others behind their back.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Not micromanaging, taking constructive critisicm, beinbg understanding when someone has a breakdown because of the workload, not bossing around your employee to do a task that was assigned to them or bossing them to get something from the warehouse when they can easily get them themselves.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Not relying on one employee to do every single department then yell at them for not doing the department they were hired for when they set it up like that themselves. Realize that just because its slightly above minimum wage they shouldnt boast that "we get paid enough to do everything they tell us"
