Train us in what we will be doing, tell us the bylaws that we have to follow instead of punishing or writing up people for policies that are arbitrarily enforced by the management.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Walmart doesnt need to hire people fresh out of highschool and pay them more than me when these kids think they're gods gift. They don't do their job but at least they're funny and I'm not annoyed by their presence. We never have meetings, people always hear things through the woodwork.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have to do freight, unlock electronics for customers and do customer service along with the cash register, but people that only have the job of freight or returning carts get paid two dollars more than me. Insulting. Pay me more than the people that are fresh out of school that don't do their job.
