
There wasn't much of an interview, it was a straight yes or no after application.
Everyone tries their best on overnights to get the work done. Additionally everyone will keep their spirits up if something goes wrong or management has issues.
The leadership team needs to get better at managing people. There is a serious lack in teamwork amongst the shifts and the management does not help at all. They do the bare minimum to scrape by corporates' standards.
I don't have much experience with other compensation packages but I believe for what Walmart is, the package is not all too bad. The best part is probably the matching 7% of 401k and I believe up to 15% of equity.
