What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Over 75% of my customers do not and will not use a self checkout. They have said that this nation complains about the unemployment rate but the self checkout take jobs from people.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The patronizing needs to stop. There are employees that cause commotion by either being noisy or causing scene, or trying to cause problems for other employees. There are employees that don't do their job and have gotten rewarded or promoted for it and they still don't do anything but walk around.
