On my way up the walmart management. They Decided to restructure management made us compete to keep our positions those who didn't make it got demoted some forced to transfer to other stores due to them losing there positions and saying it would be a conflict of interest.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Mostly the people we work with.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
I think if leadership felt like they mattered they would treat employees better. Since they are treated as expendable they treat employees as such.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Taking the time to get to know the person better. Feels and seems like a assembly line. Get them in get what we can out of them, because we know people normally don't last.
