I was interviewed 19 years ago. The interview process today is non existent in terms of quality employees being hired. I believe walmart or our store is hiring just to fill positions regardless of qualifications and besides that, they are not being trained to do their job duties after hire.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Accountability!!! Where is it? I enjoy my co-workers personally but the majority need to step up to the job. I know we are short staffed but I would rather work a little harder than watch employees get paid to do as little as possible and get away with it. This also goes back on leaders of the store
