What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Helpful and friendly coworkers and mostly friendly customers help contribute to the positive work environment. I can only speak for my experience at my store though.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone knows what they're supposed to do and most of them will do what is required of them. Nobody is particularly hard to get along with, and is happy to answer any questions you may have
What did you like most about the interview process?
Very quick and straightforward interview process. I was basically led around the store by my to-be TL and showed what I would be doing. It took all of 10 minutes, and then he asked if it sounded like something I'd like. I said yes and he had the store manager send out a job offer.
