Leadership doesn't listen and most only say what the bosses want to hear. Same people giving kudos to the same people every week. Always the same people praising the same people every week or monthly. Nothing but a bunch of mini-Me's
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We dont get our bonuses if another department falls short. Even though we have no control over it. They overwork us and don't give cost of living raises. Associates make more than managers on the transportation side. Benefits are costly with high deductibles.
