When I work putting my freight in the proper section and zoning at the same time which I accomplish daily. I am more of a perfectionist at what I do.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Letting the associates make suggestions on what needs to be done and giving their input on changes. Being able to talk to corporate when they visit the store. Communication goes a long way.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We lost our real holiday pay , Lost our quarterly bonus, we lost the 9 points which is now only 5 . We work so that everyone can get paid and only the management team gets bonuses we would like for some of these to come back.
