A horrible experience. Cedartown Walmart whete 22 year olds run the show, they get to act like its High School allovwr again. They get to practice being manager with little to no skill to do so. So embarrased i even worked there. What a waste of my time! I hear it used to be a decent place to work?!

Everyone hates working there. The money is decent so people stay feeling stuck!!

Having more training BEFORE they get on the floor and try to manage people!!!

Walmart doesnt care about their customers. They cant even answer their phones most of the time!!!!

Some people work harder than others. All that matters is if managment likes you, who cares if your lazy?!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I was not paid enough for what i did. Brought in more business by doing a great job doing cakes! Before i started they had a terrible reputation in Cedartown for doing crap cakes. I was told this by the person that hired me. His name was Danny.
