There are more team members who work hard than who don't. They generally have excellent customer service oriented attitude and are willing to help eachother in numerous situations.
What did you like most about the interview process?
My direct Supervisor interviewed me and She was extremely helpful at giving me the full picture of the work I was going to be doing and she correct in every aspect!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Our General Manager and the Coaches below her blame the employees for the failure of the Deptford Club when they should be introspective on who's to blame for team failure and an atmosphere of putting employees down , not supporting them, and never telling them a positive action that they have done!
