We have a great team.They praise their associates with please and thank you.They cover areas that need assistance.We have become a close not family.Helping each other.They do train new employees well.HR gas poor orientation You learn more from long term employees.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I'm not aware if stock or benefits .Employees that speak multiple labges should get paid a little more.I always thought I was getting paid 20 dollars an hour.There should be a cost if living clause do to the economy.Food prices are up and so are the rental properties.Some workers speak no English .
