Walmart has a great program for training the new managers and leaders and it's possible for anyone to move up in the company
What makes you most happy at work?
They cross train each employee on different jobs so you get to work different jobs each week so it doesn't become boring because you're not doing the same job over and over
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are huge and teamwork and they have you work together and if your shift is good they will buy you lunch they will get your t-shirts and I think it's really cool because it creates a bond
