What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is very solid. Very skilled group of people, it's a real shame they are stuck working for such a joke of a corporation like wal mart
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Change in leader ship. The waltons are spoiled brats that are living off there fathers accomplishments and have no clue how hard it is to survive off the close to nothing wages they pay
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
It's very clear that all Wal-Mart employees are highly under valued. The Daltons have formulated a business model in which they pay employees bottom wages and don't allow for unions to enter Wal-Mart otherwise any employee caught talking union will be fired
