They need to listen to the workers who seen what we are getting in and have no room for. And treat them with a little bit of respect.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Working in many departments it's obvious some are easy and get done sooner. Instead of trying to make the work take all night get it done efficiently and see which areas need assistance.
