What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They need to learn to get better on communication and learn team work. Some of the managers are very rude and some are amazing.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The most positive is knowing that most of the people there are struggling just like you and want to have a job to provide for family.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I don't feel like we are being paid enough, I feel like they promise us stuff but then cut our hours. our benefits are not any good and no Holiday Pay
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
My coworkers need to improve on people skills, as well as being dependable. We could work better if people knew how to take advice instead of thinking some one is always trying to hurt them
