We need new leadership someone who actually cares about the company and the workers and not someone who only cares about her paycheck and making herself look good
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The leadership at my store is non existant and no one communicates to anyone about anything. The managers only yell at the associates to work harder and faster even though we are so short staffed we barely make it day by day, the store manager wont even speak to the associates only look down at them
