I love the Teams I work with overnight. We have great managers who communicate well.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It is a positive environment overnight. I cannot specifically state what it is at this specific store during the day.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The productivity of some associates is just embarrasing. You have some who do the work of three people and get paid the same as a person who does nothing all night. The merit raises need to be brought back. It is not fair that a 3 year associate is making the same as a person just starting.
