Yreating longterm loyal associates like a disposable commodity while theres a,revolving door of mostly lazy newhires with no loyalty or pride in their job.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I would like to be sble to use the sick time that i earned the past 20 years but was taken away and made so we cant use it when they adopted a new time off policy.
