What needs to change to make the company culture better?
we are not. And they say that we are and they expect us to do everybody's work when we don't have enough people to do it for overworked and underpaid and tired
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I've been at Walmart for 12 years and still can't get apartment manager position but people have been there for less than a year or so and already got the part manager positions
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Some of our workers do a great job and others just slack off and don't do while you work and get paid the same amount as I do and I think people that work hard and do a better job should get paid more the people that play on their phones and Etc
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Equal quality if you do good work in you get your job done you should get a better raise if you slack off and don't do your job and play on your phone xcetera you shouldn't get a good for is it the same as people that do most of the work
