They are eager to listen. They dont treat us like we are "below" them.

the hourly wage was competitive with other businesses in the same industry in my city.

The options to purchase healthcare. My wages are fair, I make good money and have just gotten a raise.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Too much pressure, the right hand doesnt know what the left hand is doing. Too many levels of leadership. The people who actually do the work gets lost in this company!
