I work in a smaller area. The shortest time in is over 3 years. We work great together and I’m very proud of my team
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It is my second family. Half the people in attendance at my wedding were from Walmart and from several stores. I had associates travel several hours to go to my dads funeral. We take care of each other
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I can manage my account to be more or less aggressive. The company matches the money I put in. Healthcare is good. Vision coverage is really good. I can choose from multiple options for a benefits package. Including life insurance.
