communication, and stop being bullies. My store has management that thinks they can talk to associates anyway they want to. And they do and no one puts a stop to it. Honest would be a good thing for our leadership. I also think they should help the older associates move up in the company.
We do not get raises like we should. You have people walking right off the street and they are going to be making 11 dollars a hour and you can be there for 16 years and just now making 13 dollars a hour. I think companies should take care of their associates that have been there a long time.
