20 years ago when I first started working for the company it was a Family. Now that Sam Walton has passed it has become more of a business to make money and only make money. Lost the respect for the individual that Walmart used to be known for

Respect for the individual, and currency.

Management shows favoritism to a select few, while disrespecting others.

Some of the customers that we have. Also when I actually do get my hours to work
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The amount of money having to pay for health insurance plus the out-of-pocket costs before coverage is given is too high
What are some of the best things about your team?
The ones that do wanna be part of the team actually do the work but for the numbers that is quite low

There is too much favoritism our store some people can do anything they want and have no repercussions others can’t

No favoritism, some of the people can do no wrong when others in matter what they do always get told something
What do you like best about the leadership team?
When you can get a hold of them they do take the time to listen to you. But does not always get your problems resolved
What did you like most about the interview process?
Do you need for your process occurred more than 20 years ago it has changed now. Not exactly sure how the process is for the interview process
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
When we have the correct people In leadership role it is great. But Walmart stores attempt to compete against Amazon causing the in-store shopping experience to be diminished with helping the customers
