Walmart ask us to do things at work for free and then tell you it’s a courtesy to perform that Duty . Our insurance is horrible I could go on
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
I speak to every one who I come in contact with I never get spoken to first , when I ask for a day off months in advance I’m usually told no , we are under staffed delivery’s are sometimes late and the things I do for free while working add fuel to the fire
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
I’m a truck driver there your always ask to hook and region to flip flop trailers but you only get paid one hook and you don’t get paid until after 45 minutes of wait time then they pay you , now ask to gas and clean our trucks with no extra pay it’s a courtesy but don’t complain
