It can be very frustrating. I like to get my work done but when others aren't doing there job it is very difficult.

When an associate comes to a supervisor with a problem take care of it.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The work adds to more hours than I get paid for. If I clock out on time so i don't get overtime I will get penalized for not getting the work done. Either way I'm reprimanded.
