What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Everyone is mad about the changes and having to work sat and Sunday. Management needs to fix stuff so morell goes up or they will no longer have employees in the Tmg.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I see the company going down because everyone is looking for a job and there are plenty of jobs out there that we can go to. When they have no drivers or mechanics then they will be outsourcing and will have no control of loads or repairs. Company will fall shortly after.
