Pretty good overall. Sometimes too stressful. I think it depends on what pharmacist is working that day.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Listening to employees ideas and allowing changes for the good.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Not getting upset over being told to do things that they should already be doing.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Better pay, and allowing employees to be apart of decision makings, especially with regards to changes & the way certain things are done.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I've been with Walmart for 6 and a half years now. I barely make over two more dollars than beginning cashiers and I am a licensed pharmacy technician.
