EVERYTHING. This company has taken a turn for the worse and Walmart culture is no longer what is used to be

One direction and to treat every associate fairly. Maybe do some manual interaction of work with associates and not so one sided. Maybe care just a little more
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The company has lost touch of what the foundation of this company was built on. And the recent Co manager decisions were unbelievable and how could a company let the decisions for someone’s career based and livelihood be taken purely based on nothin at all to do with performance
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel that the Walmart that I began working for in 1991 has completely been forgotten and maybe if Walmart did not try to hard to try and be like Amazon and take care of your associates and what Walmart culture was founded on you would have better associate moral and devotion. Sam is probably sad.
